Terms of service - Grazing

EFFECTIVE 2023

  1. Booking and Payment

    • We require a 50% deposit of your purchase to secure the date and time of your booking

    • Full payment is due 7 days prior to your order date

    • If you are booking within 1 week of date, full payment is required time of confirmation

  2. Cancellations and Refunds

    • Cancellations made within 14 days of the order date will receive 100% refund of any monies paid

    • Cancellation is accepted up until 14 days prior to you order. After this time, cancelation is not accepted, however, a change of date may be agreed on between Soiree Your Way and the client within a 3 month time period

  3. Travel

    • Travel to locations for grazing table set ups less 30km from Thurgoona NSW 2640 is free. Outside of this radius will be charged a travel fee of $1.50 per Kilometer

  4. Set Up and Collection

    • We will arrive at the agreed-upon time to drop off your grazing box or set up your grazing table. Grazing table set up will usually begin 1-1.5 hours before your event

    • Any delays in the event schedule that affect our set-up time may incur additional charges.

  5. Allergies and Food Safety

    • While we take all necessary precautions, we cannot guarantee that our items are free from allergens.

    • It is the responsibility of the client to inform their guests about potential allergens.

    • All grazing orders which are being delivered or set up at an agreed location between Soiree Your Way and the client, are transported in eskys on ice and/or car fridges between the prep kitchen and the delivery address.

    • It is the responsibility of of the client and/or the recipient to ensure the produce is enjoyed straight away or correctly refrigerated immediately for safe consumption

    • Grazing tables will be set up ready for the agreed time of your event and then packed down by a Soiree Your Way team member 3 hours after this time

    • The following Australian Food Safety Guidelines apply to all Soiree Your Way food packages.

      At 1 - 2 hours between 5 - 60 degrees celsius, food can be consumed or refrigerated

      At 2 - 4 hours between 5 - 60 degrees celsius, food can be consumed

      After 4 hours between 5 - 60 degrees celsius, food must be disposed of

    • Soiree Your Way does not accept any responsibility if the client and or the recipient chooses not to dispose of the food after 4 hours. Soiree Your Way will not be liable for any response or reaction to food consumption

  6. Damages

    • The client will be responsible for any damages caused to our equipment or items during the event.

Terms of service - Picnics

EFFECTIVE 2023

  1. Booking and Payment

    • We require a 50% deposit of your invoice to secure your picnic date

    • Full payment is due 7 days prior to your picnic date

  2. Cancellations and Refunds

    • Cancellations made 21 days or more prior to the picnic date will recieve 100% refund of any monies paid

    • Cancellation made 14 days prior to picnic date will receive 50% refund of deposit

    • Cancellation made 2 or less days prior to the picnic date will not receive a refund

    • You can reschedule your picnic date 21 days or more prior to your picnic

  3. Start and End Time

    • Each picnic is scheduled for 3 hours from an agreed start time. A team member will meet you at your set up 10 minutes prior to your start time for a handover. If you require longer than 3 hours, $50 per hour will be charged. This is to be organised prior to your picnic date and included on your invoice. If you want to depart your picnic prior to 3 hours, you must contact a team member and not leave your picnic hire items before the team member arrives

  4. Wet Weather

    • If wet weather is predicted 48 hours prior to your picnic, you have two options to choose from

      1 You can change the location of your picnic

    • 2 You can reschedule your picnic date to an agreed date within 8 weeks

  5. Travel

    • Travel to locations less 30km from Thurgoona NSW 2640 is free. Outside of this radius, a fee of $1.50 per kilometer will be charge

  6. Food and Drink

    • We provide custom cheese boards for our picnic tables. If you would like to provide your own food, we can have it laid out for your arrival.

    • Ice is provided in our drink tubs, but all drinks will need to be supplied. It is the responsibility of the person making the booking to check alcohol laws for the location of you picnic
